User feedback goes a long way towards making our Website even better. You can submit bug reports and request enhancements in this page by submitting the information in the form.

Submitting a Report

Please limit each submission to one issue. Make sure to include steps to reproduce the issue and attach any screenshots. This allows us to effectively distribute information to specific teams within Aamarstock. Your submission will be reviewed by Amarstock team and we'll contact you if we need more information.

  • Clear and concise steps to reproduce
  • Reproducible test case, if applicable
  • Screenshots and or a video showing the issue

If no resolution has been provided, you may update your report with a status request and we will provide any available information.

Attaching Screenshots

While you may submit a bug from a mobile device, we suggest submitting from your PC so that you can attach relevant screenshots.

After reviewing your report we may ask for additional files, which you can attach after submission.

When should I file a bug report?

File a bug report if you continue to experience an issue with Amarstockwebportal or services.

I receive an error when uploading a file to my report. What should I do?

Some files include a bundle of applications or files. If you receive an error message while trying to upload a file, try compressing the file and uploading it again. If you continue to experience issues, let us know in your bug report and we will contact you with an alternative way to send the file.
