If you have found a bug..

Should you find a bug in any of our software/ plugin/ training, please report it in our technical support. Depending on the severity of the bug we will either fix it in the next version or we will issue a patch to resolve the bug. Finding a bug is not a reason to request a refund.



"Your software is not what I need" Basis...

Under no circumstances we will provide refunds on "your software is not what I need" basis, if you just change your mind or choose not to use our product, or if you subsequently decide that our product does not suit your needs. If you are uncertain of a specific feature, please ask a representative at support@amarstock.com

We do not issue refunds if:
- You find a bug
- You just change your mind and want your money back
- You choose not to use our product
- You find that our product doesn't suit your needs (We have live demos available for you before purchasing)
- Our working hours are not compatible with yours
- You violate our Term of Use
